Your ads have to land somewhere. The Bookings tab is that somewhere: a page written out of your conversation, a calendar it books into, and the record of who came back.
1. Building your booking page
- Open Bookings. The top card is Landing page.
- Tap Build my page. It reads Building… and takes about a minute.
- When it says Your page is live, tap Open to see it and Copy link to get the URL.
The page asks a few tap-only questions, then takes their details, then offers a time on your calendar. All the copy and the questions come from what you told your producer.
You do not have to paste this link into anything — publishing points the ad at it automatically.
Rewrite generates the whole page again from scratch. It replaces the wording, so do not use it if you have hand-edited the page and want to keep those edits.
2. Editing the page
Edit opens the editor. Every line is yours to change, and changes go live the moment you save.
- Page settings — one switch: Show the price / budget question. Turn it off to hide the budget step entirely; the step is kept, so you can switch it back on.
- The opening — the first screen: eyebrow, headline, subhead, button, footnote, and proof points (one per line).
- The questions — each step has a label, the question, optional helper text, and its answers. The checkbox toggles between Shown and Hidden; a hidden step is kept, just not shown.
- The contact step — headline, subhead, button, consent line.
- Booking — the calendar step and confirmation screen, including what the appointment is called.
- Not-a-fit screen — what somebody sees when their answer means you genuinely cannot help them.
Then Save changes. Preview opens the live page in a new tab.
Every question — shown or hidden — needs at least two answers, so blanking answer labels until only one is left will refuse to save. Steps cannot be added or reordered here, and answers cannot be added or reordered; blanking an answer's label does remove it, down to that two-answer minimum. If you need a different set of questions, use Rewrite on the Bookings tab.
3. Colour and logo
In Settings, the Brand card controls how your booking page looks.
- Put your site in Business website and save. The colour and logo are pulled from it automatically.
- Set Accent color or Logo URL by hand to override. Anything you set sticks — future pulls will never replace it.
- Reset to detected gives control back to the automatic pull.
4. Connecting Google Calendar
The Calendar card on the Bookings tab connects your real calendar. Once connected, times you are already busy are blocked out, and every appointment lands on your calendar.
Tap Connect and approve at Google. Disconnect unlinks it.
Some installs need Google credentials entered before the connect button works. If the card says setup is needed, or Settings is asking you for a Google client ID and secret, do not try to create those yourself — email us and we will sort it out.
Without a calendar connected, bookings still work and are still recorded; they just are not written into Google, and your existing commitments are not blocked out. Every booking also has a Calendar file download you can open in any calendar app.
5. Setting your availability
The Availability card at the bottom decides what times your page can offer. It only ever offers these hours, minus anything already booked.
| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| Appointment length | 15 to 90 minutes. |
| Gap between | Buffer after each appointment: none, 10, 15 or 30 minutes. |
| Earliest booking | How much notice you need — anywhere from anytime to 48 hours. |
| Book out to | How far ahead people can book, 7 to 60 days. |
| Timezone | Typed in, e.g. America/Denver. Check this before you go live. |
| Day rows | Tick a day and set a start and end time. Defaults to 09:00–17:00. |
Then Save availability. Each day has one window — a morning-and-afternoon split with a lunch gap is not supported, so set the outer hours and rely on the calendar to block what is already booked.
6. Bookings, and marking what happened
Bookings appear in three groups:
- Needs a decision — the time came and went. Say what happened.
- On your calendar — still upcoming.
- Past bookings — collapsed, everything already settled.
Each card shows when it is, their name, a tappable email and phone, and a Details section holding their answers to your questions. Read those before you call — they tell you what the job is.
Buttons, depending on state: Mark complete, No-show, Cancel, Reopen, and always Calendar file.
All four act immediately — there is no "are you sure". Reopen is the undo, so a mis-tap is recoverable.
Appointments cannot be moved from here, and bookings cannot be added by hand. To reschedule, cancel and have them rebook.
7. Tracking, and test mode
The Tracking card tells Meta which ad produced which booking, so it can find you more people like them.
- Connect Meta in Settings first and choose an ad account.
- Back on Bookings, tap Set it up. It creates and wires everything itself; you should end up with Wired.
If Meta is not connected yet, the card shows exactly which step is missing with a button that takes you there.
The counters show what has been Sent and what is Queued. Event log opens the last dozen events.
Test mode is for when you want to walk your own funnel without polluting live campaigns. Tick Test mode, paste your Meta test event code, and save. Turn it off again when you are done — while it is on, no live conversions are reported.
8. Sending bookings to your CRM
If you already run a CRM, every new booking can be pushed straight into it. There are no per-CRM integrations — there is one URL field, on the Settings card headed Send bookings to your CRM. Point it at a catch hook in whatever automation tool you use.
- Paste an https URL and Save.
- Send test event fires a sample so you can map the fields on the other end.
- Leave Sending on. Turning it off stops delivery without losing the URL.
One event is sent, booking.created, when somebody books. It carries the booking — time, timezone, status — and the person's name, email, phone and notes, plus their answers' subject and your business name. No tokens and nothing internal.
The moment it is delivered, that data is in a third-party tool under your account, governed by that tool's terms, not ours. Only point it somewhere you control.
Each delivery is signed so your end can verify it really came from us, and retried up to six times if your endpoint is down. New secret rotates the signing key — do that if the old one leaks, and update the other end at the same time.
